Welcome to the official website of Kleberg Precinct 1 Justice Court, located in the historic town of Kingsville, Texas. As the Judge, I feel privileged to serve the residents of Kleberg County. Our Court is responsible for handling various cases such as Criminal, Civil Small Claims, Debt Claims, Evictions, Parks and Wildlife violations, and Truancy cases. We also carry out important magisterial duties, including accepting criminal complaints, issuing arrest orders, and granting search warrants.
Our dedicated staff at Precinct 1 is committed to providing efficient, fair, effective, and cost-effective resolutions for every case that comes before our Court. We take pride in our role in performing wedding ceremonies as well. It brings us great joy and honor to share in the happy occasions of our community.
